Warranty
Our bikes receive professional tuning before being rolled out to our sales floor as part of our Certified Pre-Loved Inspection. Shifting, braking, & all other mechanical aspects are expected to feel like a new bike.
If this isn’t the case, we will make it right.
After purchase, enjoy 5-year coverage of all labor under our Basic Tune-Up package. This includes adjustments to your shifting, braking, tire pressure, headset, & all-around safety checks. Enjoy complimentary tune-ups as needed for five years. Now that’s giving a new life to your two-wheeled friend.
Our warranty covers regular use wear & tear. ReCycles Bikes reserves the right to assess whether mechanical issues were caused by abuse or misuse (Crashing, jumping, trail riding on a non-trail bike, etc.). Mechanical issues resulting from misuse will be subject to regular shop service charges.
Returns
Shop with complete confidence. A hassle-free 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers every product we sell. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly issue a refund or store credit.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them & in original packaging. Accessories & helmets must be returned in original packaging & with manufacturer tags (if applicable). ReCycles Bikes reserves the right to refuse a return not received back in its original condition.

A little-known secret: ReCycles Bikes is a Surly Dealer. While Pre-Loved Bikes are our bread and butter, we offer a few handpicked models for those searching for all-terrain gravel and adventure bikes, which sadly do not often appear in the used marketplace.

Purchases of Surly Bikes come with the same 5-year warranty that comes standard with our Pre-Loved Bikes. However, returns on Surly Bikes are accepted within 7 days and incur a $250 restocking fee to cover depreciation on a new bike. Floor models are available for test rides before purchase. We highly encourage test rides and bike fitting before purchase.
