All bikes purchased at ReCycles include free tune-ups for life. Tune-up labor is always on us, no need to budget for routine maintenance. You’ll also have full access to our service department for replacement parts and additional services, which are priced separately at standard rates

Limited Services for Bikes Not From ReCycles

For bicycles not originally purchased from ReCycles Bikes, we do not offer a traditional service department. Instead, outside bikes are limited to one of two refurbishment packages below.

Service Packages

The Ride Forever Rebuild - $399.95

This option allows qualifying bikes to enter the ReCycles fold & benifit from our lifetime tune up warranty

If your bike qualifies, it receives the same complete refurbishment process as our sale bikes and is backed by the same warranty we stand behind on every ReCycles bicycle.

In short, your bike is no longer just being serviced, it’s being revived, rebuilt, and supported long-term, just like a bike purchased directly from our shop. It’s essentially the BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike) option for getting a lasting quality ride with us.

This is the right choice for riders who want a bike they can rely on for years, not just a temporary tune-up.

• Purchase once, never pay for a tune up again (Includes adjustments to brakes, shifting, minor wheel truing, and bolt tightness safety checks)

• For everything else, you’ll have access to our full service department going forward (Standard rates for replacement parts and A la carte repairs)

• Same Refurb process as our sale bikes: Deep Clean + Full Tune

• Includes Replacement contact points as needed (Tires, grips, saddle, pedals)

The Basic Refurb - $199.95

Designed for bikes that otherwise do not qualify for our warranty or need a refresh rather than a full revival.

This option provides a thorough annual tune-up–style service, but does not include warranty coverage and does not convert the bike into a ReCycles-backed bicycle.

It’s intended for riders who want a safety-focused refresh without long-term coverage.

  For bicycles not purchased from ReCycles, we cannot perform any service outside of the options listed above.

  We reserve our full service department exclusively for ReCycles-purchased bicycles. This allows us to maintain the high standards and fast, reliable turnaround times for our customers.

  Because of this, no exceptions can be made.
