Yes, we do!

All of our Certified Pre-Loved Bikes MUST pass our strict & comprehensive Refurbishment Process. Many bikes don’t make our initial selection. This is because we’re selective about the quality of bikes we decide to work with.

What does this mean? A bike is a bike right?

It’s a bit more complicated than that.

While there are countless bikes in the market, we find that brands outside our list often don’t meet the quality & safety standards set in the industry.

This is why we only stick with the most trusted, tried, & true brands in the industry.

Our bikes receive professional tuning as part of our Certified Pre-Loved Inspection & are expected to feel like a new bike.

If this isn’t the case, we will make it right.

All of our Certified Pre-Loved Bicycles come with:

✅ Lifetime tune-ups: never budget for yearly maintenance again.

This includes adjustments to your shifting, braking, tire pressure, headset, & all-around safety checks. Enjoy complimentary tune-ups as needed!

We do not offer bicycle rentals

Why not? We would have to charge appropriately to cover the labor & upkeep required to keep our bikes in sale condition, it is more economical to purchase a used bike than to rent.

We sometimes receive inquiries asking if we stock specific niche styles of bicycles.

This can include BMX, Fixies, Single-Speeds, Folding Bikes, Tandems, Trike’s, & Vintage Bikes prior to 1985.

We’ve curated our inventory based on what the public is looking for. Unfortunately, these are certain types of bikes we have found to not be worth stocking due to the rarity of having a customer seeking them out.

One of the biggest perks of getting a bike through us is our ReCycles Owner Prioritized Service. We only Service bicycles purchased or rebuilt by us.

Purchased with us? Bring it on in!

Not purchased through us? Qualifying bikes can come into the fold with our Ride Forever Rebuild. See details Here.

We operate on a walk-in basis.

Feel free to stop in with your bicycle anytime during our business hours.

Super. Freakin. Fast.

Because we only service bikes we sell/rebuild, you are always in an elite queue. It’s one of the ways we stand out from the crowd. Rather than being a high volume shop, we prioritize ReCycles Owner service.

The only scenario it may not be fast? If we have to wait on parts in the mail, but you can bet we’ll have your ready to ride fast once they come in.

While we do not outright purchase bikes, we can take bikes in on Trade-In or Donation depending on the brand.

Not quite..

There are many variables which weigh into whether a bike is a good candidate for refurbishment.

This can include factors like quality, condition, age, model, mileage, availability of replacement parts, our own shop inventory & space available, etc.

If you’re thinking that’s a lot, it’s because it is!

This is why we’re not able to give trade-in quotes over the phone.

We must evaluate bikes in person for trade in.
