Looking To Trade in your bike?

PLEASE NOTE: We accept bikes on Trade in or Donation Only. We do not purchase bicycles outright.

We believe in bringing our community Pre-Loved Pricing with the confidence of buying new. In order to accomplish this, we have to be very selective about the quality of the brand of bike we decide to work with.

You might wonder, "Can't you just refurbish any brand? Isn't a bike just a bike?"

A reasonable question but in reality, it ends up being a bit more complicated than that.

In order to become a Certified Pre-Loved Bike, any inventory we accept MUST pass our strict & comprehensive Refurbishment Process. Many bikes don’t even make our initial selection, as we find that brands which fall outside our list might not meet expected quality & safety standards.

Besides branding, there are many other variables which can influence whether a bicycle is a good candidate for refurbishment, including its condition, age, mileage, availability of replacement parts, labor costs, the current state of the bicycle industry, our own shop inventory & space available, etc.

If you’re thinking that’s a lot, it’s because it is.

While we’ll always happily service any bike, when it comes to trade ins, we have take these factors into consideration.

This is why we’re not able to give trade-in estimates over the phone; it’s also why we can never guarantee a trade-in until we see the bike & inspect it in person.
