We accept bikes as Trade-Ins or Donations. We do not purchase bikes outright.

Our goal is to offer the community Pre-Loved Pricing with the confidence of buying new.

To do that, we must be selective about the brands & bikes we accept.

You might wonder: “Can’t you just refurbish any bike?”

A fair question, but becoming a Certified Pre-Loved Bike means passing our strict refurbishment process. Many bikes don’t make the cut, as some brands or models simply don’t meet our quality & safety standards.

Beyond branding, other factors also matter: condition, age, mileage, replacement parts, labor costs, shop inventory, & storage space.

Because of this, we can’t give estimates over the phone. We need to see & inspect the bike in person.
