Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both tiers are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel whenever and you won't be billed again.
What's different from the $4.99 YouTube membership?
The Youtube membership guarantees one first reply — think of it as an intro. These tiers are for ongoing access: weekly email support, or a live call, depending on what you need. Youtube members also receive perks like members only videos, and priority reply to comments
How do I actually send my questions or book a call?
Once you sign up you'll get instructions on where to send questions and, for Office Hours, a link for grabbing Monday slots. No separate app or login to manage.
What if I miss a Monday call?
Let me know as soon as you can so I can open the slot back up. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect priority booking
What if Mondays don't work for me?
For now, I only have office hours on Mondays. I will open up more hours as demand grows
What if I don't have specific questions yet?
That's fine. A lot of people start with "here's where I'm at, what should I be thinking about" and we go from there. You don't need a polished plan to start
Will you keep what I share private?
Yes. Whatever you tell me about your business, numbers, or plans stays between us — it's not used in videos or shared without your OK.
Is this generic advice or specific to my situation?
It's specific to you. I'm responding to your actual questions and your actual numbers, not sending a canned playbook. I've spent 10 years thinking about and living this business model. I only share what I have 100% confidence in, and have evidence in my own business that it works. My goal is you learn from both my wins and my mistakes, so you can shortcut success
